Lofty has partnered with Concept laundry in Kathu to provide Lofty owners an opportunity to join their linen rental program which is normally reserved for 5 star hotels with a minimum of 200 rooms.
Owners do not need to buy or replace their own linens. We provide them, all the owners have to do is pay Lofty when the linens are cleaned. If they are damaged, go missing, or simply have come of age then they replaced in the rental pool at no additional cost to the owners.
Lofty has partnered with a small but innovative company in Phuket called Ask Ava to deliver a superior service to Lofty guests.

Customers will have access to a webpage/app dedicated to their property. They will be able to see important information such as the wifi codes, property rules, and policies, while also being able to order food, book tours, order groceries, & chat with Lofty, all through the web app!

All customers have to do is scan a QR code upon arrival.
