Wade Leathem
Co-Founder
After co-founding 3 successful hotels & guesthouses in Patong - Patong Marina, Royal Prince Residence, & The Eriksson Guesthouse Wade & his partners (Wahid & Sami Bhat) decided to use their expertise and hospitality resources, in Phuket, to help individual property owners generate the income they have been missing.
Wahid Bhat
Co-Founder
Originally from Kashmir, Wahid spent most of his life in the construction business in British Columbia, Canada. He brings a much needed experience and eye for quality to Phuket to help owners maintain their properties.
Sami has been in Thailand longer than Wade or Wahid, he's practically a local although orginally from Kashmir, Sami moved to Thailand at the age of 17. In day to day opeartions for Lofty you will find Sami servicing VIP guests in luxury villas.

Florencia Richeri
Reservations Manager
Florencia has a Masters in Economics & Tourism from the University of Buenos Aires and managed the sales office of LAN Airlines in Buenos Aires for 7 years. She brings a wealth of sales experience to Lofty and is the customers first point of contact when deciding where to stay.
Aye has been joined Lofty in 2015. Previously she worked for the Central Group and she holds a degree in Hotel Management from Rajamangala university. Count on her for anything finance, admin or even legality issues.
